Hi Guys,

Anyone wrote in to top management before, esp to the below two? If so, could you send me an PM on their email addresses? Thanks. This will be my first and last Mercedes-Benz car if they continue to hire mediocre china workers who don't give a hoot about customers' new cars.

New car came with free dent. Bad enough for as me as I didn't expect such lousy QC from such a reputable company.

Gosh...such a coincidence bro..haha.

Now e car already at their pandan loop body repair. They better fix it back close to at least 95% though I must admit it will never be e same. Once I get e contact info, I shall let u know.

Wouldn't care less even if they gave me a S-class as courtesy car.

When I wanted to complain to C&C about some issues I had with my car, including the poor service standard I received from their frontline staff, I couldn't find an email address to do so. In the end resorted to the feedback form on the Mercedes Singapore website. The PR staff responded to my feedback promptly and if needed they can escalate the matter to upper management. My problem was solved very quickly and diligently by the PR staff, way better that the service provided by the SA or SE. Recommend you give it a try.
