Does anyone know what does the P sign next to the Drive Assist "Coffee Cup" means?

If appears and disappears.

Does anyone know what does the P sign next to the Drive Assist "Coffee Cup" means?

Coffee cup appears when you activated the Drive Assist and disappear when you deactivated it.

The DA will register your driving habit and if it find that your driving become reckless like car swaying or paddling not consistence, the DA will alert you that you may be tired and need to take a rest....

As to how it alert, it seems like the steering will vibrate when it detect tiredness.

Any Bros wish to confirm?

For me, the coffee cup image is there all the time. Sub-consciously making me into a coffee addict.

Doesn't that tell you which mode your car is in?

P - Park Mode

R - Reverse Mode

N - Neutral

D - Drive Mode

These sensors are active up to a speed of 35 km/h, and scan the area to the left and right of the vehicle, measuring the length and depth of possible parking spaces. A “P” symbol in the instrument cluster informs the driver that this electronic search for a parking space is in progress.

I get the P and coffee sign very often too. I'll tell my wife that it means must park the car and go for coffee.
