Anyone can tell me the Zone feature?

Perhaps the TS is referring to the zonal feature in the thermatic a/c whereby you can set a different temperature for left and right vents.

To activate press the "ZONE" button on the a/c control panel - you can then use the left temperature dial to set the desired temperature for the passenger side. To deactivate press "ZONE" again.
