Misting in headlights for new cars, normal?

Was told that this is normal as the cars were transported from a colder climate to Singapore, hence the misting. It will go away in a few days. Is that true? And if so, will it leave water marks?

bro like not normal especially your HL is the projector lens type with DRL, like yours has no high beam so is it incorp into the projection low beam, sorry dunno how to describe this. so what i mean is that if high beam is not separate then likely your HL is air-tight, so should not have misting, just suspecting

If u read the manual, it says it's normal to have a little water vapor in the light unit. It will disappear after some time or else seek MB service.

How I know? I read the manual last night like I am going to take exam this morning.

How about during raining day and you on your HL??

I do encounter this after i reach home and park my car.

My advice is to leave it.... the worst thing that can happen is that they'll drill a small hole behind the headlamp assembly. But long story cut short, don't worry. Unless your head lamp got so much water in it until you can keep goldfish, then you go back and bang table :bounce:
