Who's interested to go into workshop biz pls show your hand :hand:? Maybe we can take this opportunity to venture into this biz.. Can takeover the place cheap cheap n work out a solution to resolve the warranty claim issues for all existing customers.. Heehee ..危机=机会

This model dosent works for high end car. Good for low maintenance vehicle & where spares parts are easily available, like Toyota forklift :)

bo hua le bro. i see the way the bizness model is run.. not worth it, in fact maybe even lugi $$$.

U can't totally follow their biz model cos the warranty charges that they col fm PIs are way too low (less than 2k) as compare to other workshops.. C&C charge 10k+ for adoption fee and if u charge 5k I believe the PIs will still come to u.. most importantly is how do u max the million of $$ collected for the warranty.. I guess the best way is to partner with a reliable investment or fund management company (ah long or legal money lender..Or 吊花场.. Haha) to put the $$ into good use n get a higher return.. The potential is there and all you need is a sound and pratical biz plan...

Wow Peter's Principle also put in arh!!

Porning i know for sure! Jap AV my fav yamete, sosososo, haiyaku!!

Just called the local PI, last time we met they swear by TWM say until they can fly. Then ask them whether TWN are in operations or not, they claim that is yes. Then starts to explains that they got other "specialise" workshop able to do the repair job. But i insisted that i want the warranty by them instead of workshop!! They also ok with this warranty agreement :)

since we touch on this topic, benefits of buying from PI in details? higher OMV with additional parts added?

from my experience, certain brands, certain models, I think more worth it in terms of value to get from PI as compared to agent, features for features, specifications for specifications but doesn't apply to all cars. Some cars, I think just go agent, also almost same price.

Question is, can the specific PI live up to its promises. (Not that agent is godly, but at least in general, they are a little more assuring right?)

Yup. Basically PI good deals lie in getting what u see is what you get if you like add on options etc cause they usually bring in more stuff like kits etc...

But for merc, I guess if u buying c class buy from agent better as PI about same.

Only E class and maybe can buy from PI.

Basically rule of thumb is you must make sure for the same things try to save at least 50k if not don't buy from PI.
