Personally I think it's these factors: design, higher price compared w C coupe, practical, mayb cornerg CMI (hardcore bros). :becky:

Love the feel. But sadly only 2 seats.

BMW i think is RPM kick in at 1250... maybe more jerk also not very good hor...

Like that win liao lor. I like jerking feel is fun!! How much is the new Z4 cost? Shld be much more that SLK (So Lonely Kia) with another pce of turbo.

i think px should be about same ba.....

Z4 definiteky more fierce then slk ba... the front bonnet seems super long!

i think 2012 is the year for BMW lioa.... now its 7G turbo vs twin Turbo 8G....

seems like BMW has the upper hand...

528i seems a good switch..... the only reason i thinking of switching to 528i is the seats are more comfortable... more padded... merc abit on the stiff side...

but for roadster i think Z4 really looks good although quite a few years liao...

If e cabriolet have the seats like the 640 cabriolet, then perfect!

best cabriolet is.... = Merc front looks, merc interior, BMW seats, Merc logo + rear of BMW cabriolet + BMW twin turbo engine!

can someone create the above!?!?!?

On the contrary, I prefer the new look. The old slk looked kinda aged now, where else the new slk looked very sleek with a modern touch and much much more refine. The interior is also filled with high end technologies and gadgets and topping the class with my personal fav is the 3 pointed star Aircon vent; looking exceptionally classy and upmarket. The overall quality, design and shape is truly remarkable.

I used to love the old look and thought its really an endless design and never will go out of style. But ever since I molested, tested and driven the new; I know its unbeatable.. for now.

During Merc Experience, me & wife loved the handling of the car, but still don't like the exterior look (interior look's good) :becky: If not by now she be driving one already as both interior and exterior we must like before we will consider buying, either one fail will be out of the shopping list.

I more of a SLR supporter compare to SLS, thus the old SLK look always reminded me of the SLR that we can't buy to drive in SG :wink: At the end, each to his own taste, no right or wrong. As for unbeatable... That really depend :smile:

Bro, I only have one sports car now, as in the family only I drive sports car and I am the kind of person who move forward and not hang on to the past... So once I got the new one, I will never drive te old one again. I still in the midst of psyco my wife to drive a sports car too :tsk:

1st Sports car I bought was a Porche Boxter at 2006 in USA, 2008 back to SG got a RX8 and mod to Max with turbo and followed by SL63AMG and lastly a Gallardo. I have to say Gallardo is my most favorite one if not I would not change and stay with SL63AMG :becky:
