hi bro. I installed the Brabus PowerXtra CGI B20 tunig kit about a year back. Its more or less plug and play.gotta say, after i installed it, life's a dream.

the only diff between this and tweeking your ECU is that when you go back to C&C and if they happen to reset you ECU when they plug in their computer, a car installed with the Brabus kit would be fine but a car with a tweeked ECU would pretty much have the tuning wiped out, at least so I heard hence i chose the Brabus option. back then the cost difference was as follows:

Brabus $3,400

Tuning $800-$1,200

I did mine at Autovox.

Tuning I checked with OBD

cheers bro! hope it was helpful!

IMHO - Brabus is a piggy back ecu

IIRC - Hannson is also a piggy back ecu like Brabus but tuned to suit owner/local driving conditions.

Dun think at the moment he do remapping of ECU for MBs.:hand:

Sorry for the late write up, after I tune my car I went for holiday liao..

First of all, I must thanks Dr. Hannson for his service and patient explanation on all my question.

Experience after tune:

The low rpm portion basically just improve slightly (I will not said significant).

But start from Mid rpm (~2.5K rpm to 3K rpm), I do feel significant improve as compare to before tune. I can feel the power immediate push out from the car (never experience before the tuning).

Now I feel that my E200 can easily up to 100KM/h to 150KM/h. As for actual how much power been increase I not sure (never do the dyno, the actual number not too important to me. The important part is the tuning can suit my need).

As for the price, I paid 1.5K (include everything, hardware + installation + tuning + patient explanation...hahaa).

For the price I paid, I will said it is worth a try as compare to some outside workshop charge double or triple the price.

Last, the tuning I do is a piggy back ECU -> anytime don't like it, can just unplug and revert back to the factory setting (some hardware is included for plug and play).

Hope my experience is useful for your decision for tuning your C200.
