just send my B for servicing on tuesday and finally collected back today. i noticed the wheels are not rotated and i asked them why, and the service advisor my rims are not original B class rims. i noticed they also did not put the tyre rotation sticker at the windscreen anymore.

give them business but they dun want?!

Why would anyone continue to send their out-of-warranty cars to the AD for servicing? Is the supposedly higher resale value worth the extra spent? Besides, would car dealers give you a higher price if your car is maintained by agent?

How much did you pay for the B service?

From Clear vision bru. U can call See&See for pricing etc

I have learnt much from this forum and have apply it and it works. So its time I share my experience.

1) There are Assy A and B servicing. 15K is Assy A service and price about $420 to $480. 30K is Assy B service and price about $600

Why no Fix Price for 15k or 30K? Because CnC may add in thing like Fuel additives etc so hence no fix price.

In order to have a Fix Price from CnC and not just leave it them, here what i did for my 2 cars.

At First Service 15K, i write a NOTE and pass it to SE stating very clearly that I want a Lub service only. Oil and filter. Price $420

(First car kenna $480 as i didnt pass them the NOTE)

At Second service 30K, i also wrote a NOTE stating clearly i want ASSY A service and not Assy B service. If anything beyond Oil and filter, they should call me first before proceeding. Price same at $420

At Third service 45K, i did same a above. $420.

I keep all above record so there is no issue on Warranty as I have service deligently at CnC. I did above for two cars with no issue.

Cars still under warranty and ending late this year.

Just to add:

Rotation at CnC is $30 but does NOT include balancing....Yes cos i kenna one time and they confirm Rotate only , Balancing not included as its not required.....in their opinion.

Yes correct, CnC so call Standard Service Tariff excluded many small items ...that how they make money and i dont blame them.

Wiper fuild $5.60

Drain plug gasket n washer $3

Maybe next time they charge pump tyre air also charge ......Frankly that how biz is done...

Hahahaha
