Beware of this Renopvation Company and This Guy!!!

Beware of this renovation company....Colour Creation Holdings Pte Ltd or Colour Award Pte Ltd, the boss is same age as me and the father is the big boss.....

While waiting for my new job to start, I worked freelance as Sales Project Partner for the company 5months ago did few projects was promised commission of 50-50 profit sharing and no need to find sales, company will give all the leads my job is just to close the sales and provided a sim card for me to use even though i have my own hp line, since no charge i just use the sim card on another hp.

I did my joboversee and arrange contractors to do the project, collected payment from client after renovation project finished, submitted all the necessary documents and payments to company.

1st project lasted three weeks and it was end of the month by then so i expect to get my payout by 1st week of the following month.....supposed to get a $3k++ payout for that project but the boss told me haven't calculated the supplier costs and all so gave me advance payout of only $1k, that was unexpected of me to happen that way.

Beyond benefit of a doubt, I proceed to do 2 more projects, one lasted 2 weeks and another lasted one week only.

3 projects completed, 2months passed, i still haven't get my 1st project commission which has a balance of $2k plus.

After the 3rd project the boss says there's very few leads and request from me to give back sim card saying going to change to another mobile operator, so i returned it.

I kept chasing for my comm, end of 2nd month he gave me another $1k, told me same reason haven't calculate supplier costs.

By then i realised i been had, when all my bills snowball, car payments and credit card bills, what the hell??? I chased payment everyday sending him smses and calling his hp, no answer and no reply until few days later he will msg saying his father not in town accounts not around. Total outstanding payout to me there's about $6-$7k until I went to his office he show me 1st project comm statement....guess what i realised?? The comm for 1st and second project is based on 70-30 comm, what the F***, and the last one is 50-50 as i find the project myself.

He kept avoiding my sms and calls like a coward, my mum was hysterical when she knows about this and confronted the young boss, he just said haven't calculate costing, then confronted the father, he said he doesn't know anything about this,

I kept hounding the father asking for payment but he also behaved like the son damn bastards!!!!

When i just joined the company the young boss changed his integra to mercedes c200 and the father from bmw 5 series to mercedes c350, what is this??? wear rolex diamond drive mercedes no money pay worker??

I don't know what happen to my other colleagues they are also not paid for their job, i told the boss, i work to earn a living not to get my life screwed, lucky my sis working in a lawyer firm, gonna send a letter of demand first, if by 7 days no payment will have to go small claims guess this is the only way liao.

Their renovation work is also fxxk up, all the renovation jobs are done by external contractors they just call contractors to do and mark up pricing, jobs done is so so nia.

The young boss driving mercedes c200 with panaromic room number plate 1368, maybe one of you may know him, please send my regards to him. He is just a COWARD running away from reality. Want do business respect people and people will respect you and respect is to be earned not to be given.

He is very lucky not to bump into me outside.

U can ask your MP for help but don't expect 100% money refund.

It will be a long drawn case going after his bosses. I hope he has his contract properly documented. Without it, it will be a case of hearsay. No end to it. I wish him all the best. It's really unfortunate.
