Hi All,

Newbie here, I am driving a CLS 350, W219 version, am wondering where you guys go for servicing?

Hard to get honest, reputable and good ones around now.

Many thanks in advance!

Bro Kevh0, a big :peace: :welcome:

Dependg on yr ride warranty, needless to say if yr ride re under C&C warranty, they'll be the one. Unless you can visit our site-sponsor: MBM & Starblack. :gossip:

Again aso dependg on your expectation! There re honest, reputable workshops ard. Its how you bargain for a balance situation between both and monitor every parts they used and aso you knw them well.

Hi Bro hkhamateur,

Thanks for that!

I am no longer under Cycle's warranty and am looking for some alternatives.

Where do you go for your servicing?

What about Autovox?

Any bros here use them?

I went with Starblack. Free pickup and delivery for servicing when you sign their package. That was the clincher for me. Seems like they have the necessary diagnostic equipement also.

Thanks, just dropped off the car this morning at Starblack, spoke to a very helpful service officer named sunny, hope they can settle the problem!

If all is good, will be heading there for my regular servicing..

Saw one smashed up C-class, looks like a C63 AMG, but cant confirm..

Wonder how the driver smashed it up so badly

Hi Bros, I read a lot of the good feedback about StarBlack from this forum. I might consider going to them after I finish my service credits with See&See. I have some questions though....

1. With Starblack, is the service intervals at 15,000km also?

2. Will Starblack be able to fix problems with Comand, panoroof, etc,...any other thing that is not engine/transmission related?

3. In case of an accident, with a Chartis insurance, is it better to go back to See&See to do claims...instead of Starblack?

4. In future, if I were to trade in my ride for another Merc with See&See. Will See&See give me a lower value if they discover that I haven't been servicing my car with them?

bro for pt 3. can call chartis check your policy if it only allows authorised workshop repairs. if so, then u need to see the list of authorised workshops that are listed in the policy.

pt. 4 tradein with CnC will be lower than selling it yourself. don't think it matters after warranty period if you service elsewhere. in future, there should still be overtrade with CnC looking at the COE trend!

sorry can't help w pts 1 and 2, would starblack or other bros like to help?
