Tempted to buy this beauty

Dear all, saw this beautiful E200 and felt very tempted to go test drive already. Price wise also quite reasonable. What do you guys think?

1. I was wondering how to know the fuel consumption of this car. My last car a 1.6L Renault Megane was 10.5k/L. I drive mostly 80% highway. Home to office is about 25k one way.

2. Good idea to send to STA for evaluation?

3. Which workshop should I send to for inspection? Will the dealer allow? My last ride only sent to STA but got grade A so I never send to workshop.

Any advise will be helpful, thank you all for your time.
