E class card holder jam

Need help guys! My e class card holder was jam I believe there was a card stuck inside , anyone know how to remove it? Thanks in advance .

are you referring to that small tapered cup beneath the armrest? i suppose you are driving the W212?

thanks, but dun wana break the holder , just run through the manual and found that it is actually design to hold glasses and phone (.......wandering what glasses ...definately not oakley or phone ....not iphone can fit ) .....

I believe there is a card stuck inside somewhere but just couldn't remove the holder ....went to C&C ...walkin long long queue...
