tire rotation at every 5000km

When I collected my car, my SE told me that MB recommend we rotate our tires every 5000km. There are two service stickers on my windscreen. One of them reminds me to rotate my tires at 5000km. Anyone here follows this regime?

The first 5000km rotation is free and it comes with a voucher for free nitrogen also. SE told me to just drive in at 5000km to do it. No appointments required.

Just done my 5,000Km rotation at MBC today.

Not free... was charged $32.10 inclusive of GST.

The next rotation will be at 15,00km together with the 1st servicing.

do make sure that they really rotate your tyres... the last time i asked them to do it, they probably "conveniently forgot"...

Given this, confirmed no need tyre rotation right?
