Good SE worth my recommedation

Today went down to Mercedes Benz n settled my new car insurance as I am taking AVIVA online. my SE understand my situation and didnt further force me to take their in house insurance. the best part, she allow me to use their PC to buy the AVIVA car insurance and print out the COI using their printer

I am very impressed by her services. deserved my recommedation. She gave me a good deal for my old car, got the COE at 1st attempt. And even give me a good set of free goodies.

the best part is today i say i want to reduce my loan amount, she also agreed and said will update me together with my old car settlement amount. this means she has to reapply my loan amount with MBFC again.

Any Bros here thinking of visiting Mercedes Benz showroom in further, can PM me for my SE name, and i will share with u.

Good Luck

If it's good SE, then she deserves to have her name published for all to know and be rewarded with more business.

Let me start with mine who I think is good too. I have known her (for 11 years) since 2000 when I bought my first Mercedes-Benz A-class and my recent third purchase is from her too.

We should list them out so that anyone can go to them knowing it won't go wrong (I shall not use number in case it's miss-intepreted as ranking).

Cool. Curious if u took a big or small loan cos freebies tied to potential loan amount too right as they draw some part of their commission from there too...person who pay cash vs someone with 90%, the 2nd fella will get more goodies rite? :)

I think you are right to say that. Usually bigger loans entitled to more goodies while smaller or no loan entitled to less

I don't know how much is considered large loan. I just ask to reduce my loan amount from 140k to 134k as I took the cheaper AVIVA loan so the planned mod for my car can't do anymore. I decided to use the money to reduce the loan amount

correct, cos the banks will give them a commission for the loan amount.

getting a good deal...follow-up with your loan, insurance and keeping you updated about delivery date etc...are only Part 1...and is expected out of them anyway :hand:

what is more important is the Part 2...AFTER you have collected your car...are your SE still going to help you when you have problems with your car, help you with your service booking, keep you posted of C&C events...new launch invitations...going the extra mile now is even more important

just my personal opinion and experience...:becky:

any sensible SE should not adopt such short-sighted attitude...you are absolutely correct coz I have encountered one exactly what you have mentioned when I bought my W204 :tsk::tsk:...subsequently when I decided to change to my W212...I went for a different SE :becky:

totally agree... part1 usually 100% full marks.. its the part 2 after sales then you'll see the true nature of your SE

So far in the last 2 years my friends and myself bought 5 cars thru Daphne Khor.

I must say she is very professional. Provides good after sales service.

She has my vote.
