Got a key chain from C&C

C&C sent me a key chain to thank me for my feedback. I believe they are referring to the email I sent regarding COMAND.

I'm impressed with their service recovery efforts. I hope they are still looking into my feedback on COMAND.

Makes me wonder how many key chains did the lemon car owners receive from C&C. :becky::becky:

Btw I also received an invitation to a private screening of "The Adventures of Tintin" at Cineleisure on 10 Nov. Who else got the invite?

Yep.....old customers important, customers who always change cars more important. So new ones get invite, old ones forget it.

when you first collect your car from C&C, they make you complete a survey form indicating your what are your interest and some other personal details...if not mistaken they also ask if you want to receive update of the various events etc... did you indicate YES? :becky: As a token, they will send you a FREE key chain :music:

i filled out the survey form and did receive the key chain... other than that, i've never received movie tickets or any invites, unlike you guys... sigh... :sad:
