Got my ML back from CnC

A fortnite ago I had an unpleasant experience due to my own carelessness I damaged my 2 mth+ old ride coming out from a car park lot!:Cry:

The damages were on the left rear side.

Sent in my car to CnC Pandan Loop on 28th Sep and attended by SA Alan Quek.

I was fortunate that I was also introduced to his immediate superior Dennis Bay - Manager Paint & Body.

Further chat reviewed that Dennis was previously from Starblack prior joining CnC.

One thing led to another and I was given a tour of the vast workshop!

I was very impressed by their facilities, looking at the type of work being carried out and the care they took for the cars being repaired.:hand:

Dennis told me not too worry too much and his men will put my car back as good as new.

Meanwhile Alan Quek listed out the repairs that needed to be done and worked out the costs.

Dennis then patiently explained about the job that needed to be carried out & the costs involved.

He assured me again not to worry too much about the quality of repair.

Yesterday I went to collect my ride and Dennis despite his busy work schedule took me & my wife to our car.

Looking at the repairs done by CnC, me & my wife were all smiles.

The car as Dennis promised is again looking as good as brand new!:bounce:

Though the frequent brickbats about CnC, this time I think they deserve a bouquet from me & my wife.

Yes I had some good services from C n C pandan loop too.

Mr Christopher & his SE Joe (hope I got Joe name right) had given me very good explanation of my repair needed and also how long they need to fix it.

As what they had promised, they delivery my care back within the time they promised and with good service and workman...

Look forward for sending my car for 15K to be service by Pandan soon...

Dennis came from Starblack to CnC for 1 yr+ only.

This is 1 step in CnC to improve their image & service by bringing in new experienced & talented people to service customers.
