I have pretty bad experience at Jaguar. Although I can't say the same for the person that he is serving after me or should I say he abandon me to serve him. Firstly, when you drive in, the receptionist will be looking like monkeys trying to catch a glimpse of what car u drive. Next thing is nobody serve you, we hang around like idoits. Finally someone came and ask us what we want. I told him I wanted a test drive.

The test drive experience is like sitting beside my BBDC instructor, read SCARY & STRESSFUL. Anyway after my test drive, non of my friends are interested to test drive anymore. The salesperson told me to wait for him for 10 mins, we waited like 20 mins, that's when we decided to pop over to C&C. He called me exactly 1hr 15 mins after the test drive and that is when I was paying my downpayment for my W212. I told him in my most polite voice that He called me abit too late, I'm paying for a E250 now and thank him for his time.:becky:

Arranged with my dad to meet at republic auto. I arrived first. Walking in with my gal, nobody gave a shit about us too. There was this lookalike smoking area by the lift. When I came up, there were a group of sales rep cluster F@"k there. Nobody came. I signalled to one of the lady...well...in my opinion, she pretended she din see us.

So we OTOT up till my dad arrives. That particular lady recognizes my dad and went up to him and my dad in turn pointed to me. She then hurried over to another male colleague and he ended up serving us. Was damn pissed, left without enquiring anything...damn...

So much for their heaps of useless advertisement on radio!

So, in conclusion, the after sale services at C&C and its subsidiary, Republic Auto, both have bad services :tsk: So am I right to say the good services at C&C is only when you purchase a new car? :shocked:

My feel is, the sales rep are really nice ppl...I can't say the same for those service advisor...they are two diff department. I have no idea what they need to advise besides u coming in, getting u registered n giving u ridiculous waiting time. Everything u say, they will advise u, 'u must understand sir.....'.

Dun mind me...just feeling lousy that we pay so much for a car but the treatment u get is no where near a jap car services.

It's the same in PML too...but at least, they are nicer with their words.

Bt I reckon these sales reps will learn fm this coz they, themselves dun even knw the jag brand they're representg. Only knw or just wanna close 1-2 sales n earn those commissions fr mths to Cme. Wat a long catch! :bounce:
