Hi everyone,

I'm new here. Just to share my experience with everyone at c&c. I've checked in my car for checks cos my ride was pulling slightly to the left.

To do the checks, c&c needs a day. To re-align, they need till tmlo evening....WTF man....I am beginning to think I shld hv bought a PI vehicle...damn.

Does it really take this long? Anyone with similar experience?

Yes, Bro skunky, C&C is always very busy as many people in Singapore loves the Mercs! I send my car in at 8 am and I have to collect it after 5 pm even for a regular maintenance check :Cry:

i agree. but C and C still gives u the assuarance in ur head always.

but you want fast... hard la... stand in line..

mercedes is used by heads of state's, embassies, govt organisations, ceo'sof mnc's, sme towkays and even by taxi companies - understandably on preferential rates, plus used by those whose vehicles under warranty and those who have service credits... hence the rush and the crowd... for a service every 6 months.. waiting 2 days.. no big deal...

yalor. each time read that MB is top seller i cringe.

to extg customers, it simply means longer waiting time and even lousier aftersales service.

Yes 2 days. CSA even want to bill me for that crap. End up saying this x we do for foc next time have to charge for the alignment shit. Think w204 has this issue of steering tilting left after awhile.

Wow, thanks everyone for the replies. First time on a merc....service support is really an eye opener!!

There is only a little corner which services 2 cars the most at one go. Unless they do drive the car somewhere else for servicing.

Juddering wipers for a day...alright...I'm not that bad, I rest my case brudders!!

C&C does have limited space for servicing. I wonder why when they built the building, they did not take that into consideration and built a bigger space for servicing? :tsk:

They have small vision management probably. Can't see far..

Haiz....super small place....lots of mech walking ard...doesnt seem like they are doing much besides cuddling ard the reception counter and chatting away.

When you check with the service advisor...'sorry, all our crew are very busy'...i could have sworn that i witness at least 2 of the mechs...smoking almost a pack during my 7 hours wait there.

LL...warranty...what to do....

It is terrible to know that the mechanics are hanging around and not doing work! :tsk: Why C&C allows such attitude at its premise? It is a premium brand and should have good working ethic! :ohwell:

Bcoz merc distributor 'daimler' think e 3 pts star sells well and managed professionaly by their so- called excl. Dealer C&C so no headache ma. :shocked:

Even those C&C employed aunties who tidy n clean e areas n refilled those snacks n hot beverage work harder than these merchs!! Sigh! :Cry:

Wonder how e approach of jag showroom n workshop? Mayb a change soon???:whistle:

Jag showroom nice & good coffee & cookies, workshop not too bad either. But here is the bad news, ANYTHING u mods on yr ride, warranty void!!

Ai....Nt even lowerg spring n upsize oem lighter rims? It means must bare w it fr full 3-5yrs then. :shocked:

Anyway has done it on my current ride so such waitg time before mod no pb liao.:becky:

Yap anything!! There is a on going case on mods. Well if u wants to mods don't scare & bla bla bla. I got a red card on interior LED for my Landy :).

This "void warranty" issue is for Jag or for Mercs as well? Will C&C void warranty due to change of some parts? :Cry:
