My present and previous ride is from C&C. But my previous previous ride is from PML. I find the staff from PML more professional in terms of how they engage the customers, and they are able to answer the questions posed to them quite professionally. In addition, customers are treated with more respect and you just approach the "coffee lady" for drinks etc without having to get a coupon from the counter staff first. Whereas at C&C, the staff tends not to be so courteous and workmanship is shoddy :Cry:. Maybe workshops outside would provide better workmanship? :shocked:

I really dislike that place! There is a lot of heavy vehicles and the place looks rather run-down. It is not a pleasant place to sit and wait for your vehicle. It is also rather depressing that the staff at C&C are generally not earnest to serve after we have spent a premium for the Mercs :sad:

i try 1st and feedback here... else no more pandan liao as i got something to do in that area hence book there

Pity that the staff not paid a premium.

Now their board of directors is former MP booted out.

So what you expect in terms of service? Pay extravagant prices for their parts than 3rd party workshops.

I guess is matter of perception. Everytimes I visit C&C to la kopi with the bru there my feeling is like at home entertaining my guest. Whereas at PML I feel like at the library or police station the feeling is quiet & cold!!!

As for workmanship, the tendency of yr car got scratches after servicing is not uncommon during my previous experience with them.

i had 3 bimmers before and my last was the E39 about 9 years ago ...my experience with the PML servicing dept was OK and acceptable although the E36 was quite a problematic car since day 1...probably due to the poor PDI dept then :Cry:...

as for C&C...i had the C200K for 5mths before changing to my current W212 for larger space...had abit of suspension problem with the W204 initially but was quickly rectified :becky:

i am actually quite happy with the service staff @ MBC, especially my regular SA and SE as well. they were quite detail and helpful and in fact I have written appreciation email and submitted feedback forms to C&C senior management...:music: and they acknowledged me as well :whistle:

maybe i m the type that likes to TCSS with them, so often until we machiam friends... :bounce: things get much easier if we respect and treat each others as friends .... show my appreciation and giving credit when credit is due ... just me and my 2cts :bounce:

Its only lubrication job. ard $400+.

change engine oil (if no change, still be SHELL helix ultra), oil filter, some normal checks, wash ur car..

u pay for the warranty, bro. things broken, they change for u FOC.. if ur ride is not covered warranty, may i point u to somewhere else...

Lolz things are not that simple!! Did you went for the first servicing? They will charge u for topping up wiper fluid & engine cleaning with GST & labour charges!!! is not EVERYTHING FOC when yr is ride under warranty!!

Do a search on the first servicing thingy in the forum. Anyway, newbies, oldies or playbies, lai-kopies please do a search before going for yr first servicing. Don't say we didn't warn you guys, of course if you hv deep pocket & service credit with few K then ignore this warning!!
