I book online - one week in advance. Send the car at 8am, collect car at 4pm. This is my 1st new CnC ride, driven for Toyota for past 10 years and alway clean and shine after every 10k servicing.

suggest you feedback to the C&C about this poor service...there is a feedback form available at the customer service counter...give your honest feedback or you may even write-in to inform the senior management...:hand:

KNS! If you have booked the Express 1 hr Service and it had took that long, then C&C would need to honour their words for a 30% discount.

What was the damage you paid and the breakdown? The Service A and Express 1 hr Service are 2 different service program from C&C.

Don't let them push you over lei bro.

Thanks for all your feedback .. I'm very surprise when receiving such service ,, some how is from CnC. It is Package A - Damage about $400 plus. Have replace the front suspension and noisy mirror 2 months ago (Mileage just 7k).

I did my Package A at mileage 12K.

I did not bother to check with the service adviser why car is not wash and clean as this is my 1st servicing visit For the case of the front susp, it actually happen at mileage 4k -- tot tot noise when over hump and rough road. I did not bother and continue to drive (cannot imagine a brand new CnC car condition is like tat) until the noise is so terrible that it is un-bearable. Next, the noise of the folding mirror is also noisy that I spray over it with WD40. Very disappointed about its condition and considering to let go (maybe by next year or use up the servicing credit; depending on the market condition) and go back to either Accord or Camry.

the last batch CGI 180 1.8 Oct 2010 / find car too small (bo bian .. cannot afford the E class) previous ride is the New Accord; so spacious and service at honda is super good ... trade in for CnC during the promotion. Almost sold to a private owner (fail due to his unsuccessful loan)

But it is surprising that your new car has so many problems!

Yes, the C class is very small like the BMW 3-series. The E-class is the right size :music:

E class is roomier and I would also prefer the luxurious feel and comfort it offers over the C Class, though the latter is more nimble addressing the harneness of spirited drive a little better.

Back to the service which bro Soka received at his 12k. It's would be a normal Service A, not the Express 1 hours service. With the front absorbers changed, the 1 day seems reasonable.

There is another tread which detailed the common issues like the "tok tok" sound and a louder folding side mirrors. These are rectifiable with a complete change over which C&C said that an "upgrade version" is now available to address the problem. So fret not and have them replaced while on warranty.

Was also on the Accord previously too like bro Soka. Damm right about the space man.

actually I visited CnC twice (all whole day) - at Mileage 7K is for the front suspension and mirror / at Mileage 12K is for the package A servicing .. last night experience a message - Tail Light / Brake Light faulty (I guess it refer to the blown bulb .. ) tot of replace it to the LED type from Sonic Racing but will give it a miss since have already make up mind to change the car .. hopefully no more other problem (though all these are Minor but taking time to visit CnC for rectification is already a problematic issue - Brand New Car)

CnC never fails to suck in their service.

Not for the warranty, who would want to go back to them?

I oso experienced the tok tok sound when my ride is at mileage 6k.

Y do i oso feel going back to Honda or VW 2L class would be a nice idea to toy with?

The Best or Nothing...

some say Merc drivers fussy n stuck up, i say CnC staff not too bad either... :gossip:

Bro Soka,

if its not too late, put aside the service credit n give StarBlack a try 1st to sort things straight. can always go bk CnC for normal svcing.

the service there feels more personalised n willing to listen to u n assist to solve the problems. Cant imagine u having to face the problems over n over again when u drive ur See Grass everyday.

Cheers!!

Not only were C&C very poor in their service, the receptionist has very limited knowledge and calling C&C can be very frustrating :tsk: Generally, I feel that the people working at C&C are not as well trained as those from BMW
