I managed to get a slot with BMW-SG on 3 Sept.

It was crazy, within 5 hrs of posting all the slots were taken up.

Am deciding if i am going to the TCC one on 7 aug.

The BMW-SG track day is on 3 sept, saturday. But i think the slots are all taken up already.

This will be my first time tracking on a merc, but i suspect brake fade will come in after 3 rounds of hard braking. Generally NA cars is able to hold up better than turbo cars on heating issues.

I see, like to ask if I intend to keep this car for long, say as a collection. Should I track the car?

Bro, individual la bt given e choices u ve got at hme makes it easier liao. :becky:

Bt my personal preferred wil be e base Merc as e track ride bcoz u wil appreciate those expansive track upgrades along w yr track mileage clocked. :music:

Also, u must factor in the high maintenance cost if yr pick re SL63AMG than e rest. ie: gd track tires, gd fuel, gd fuel additives, solid brakes syst, consistant servicg,etc...

Trackg as a hobby ok bt gotta serious at the later stage on certain mean wil also involved personal costs ie: racg courses, frequent track cost, racg apparel as well as safety gear up.:music:

I ve had my experiences as well as savg liao w my previous two rides. Think of it n done back cal, can dwn 30% cash fr condo liao. Sigh!

Yeap! Bro blackknight is absolutely right. :bounce:

Also checked on yr engine coolant (as engine heated extremely so needed most), brake pads (min. 50% life), tires tread nt less than 55%min. Even new tires must watch n studies e correct pressure! :music:

Also go fr warm up laps to let u sit/fit in well fr yr actual rounds later. Remember to read rules n condit'n b4 trackg-Important. :becky:
