BMW aftersales also has its fair share of "complaints" lah. Friend sent his 335 for repair (under warranty), took almost 1 mth before parts arrived, and throughout the process had to keep calling for updates. Worse, after repair, they left some freebies (in form of scratches to the gear stick panel) in the interior. Waited for 2 mths for the panel to arrive. Not sure if now fix liao bo :Cry:

Sounds horrible! Why we pay so much for a Mercs or BMW and get poor aftersales service? :Cry: I wonder are the technicians in C&C or PML well-trained to do the servicing job? :shocked:
