Hi,

can any of the gurus advise whats the min offset required to clear the AMG brakes?

Other than the Brembo 6potters, any other brands to consider?

Bro, you might have problems fitting the Brambo/AMG BBK if fenders not changed as you might get the right rims but it'll might be sticking out.

not too sure about the specs needed for the AMG brakes... but my friend i just got our AP Racing 6-pots with 362mm discs for our W204's. He's already fitted his, and i had probs clearing my rims not because of offset but because of rim design. So, gotta sell my rims now and change to another set with the same offset to clear the brakes. I'd recommend AP Racing if you're looking for aftermarket brakes...

Here's a pic of it fitted on my friends ride.

Agree wholeheartely! If i have known AP does kit for W204, i would have suggested it for have used it (same model as your friend as pictured) on my E46 M3 & boy, it's damn good. I'll go as far as to state that it's better then the AMG kit (assuming it's full AP Bolt on kit with Aluminium Hat/ Rotors & Not some mix & match items which is flooding the market).
