C&C Service Advisor - Org Upwards

Need to do some escalation on service related issues at Alexandra, and need some help on who to contact.

I had some issues with the on ground service advisor and then wanted to see his boss. He then referred me to a "Senior Service Advisor", but then this person is still just as bad, and never even come back to me.

So....my question. Who is the boss of the Senior Service Advisors' boss?

Try the Service manager. Above him...director of after sales. Beyond that MD. If I were you , I'll go straight to MD. Many years ago, I had some issues with my wife's Toyota, fed up with my SA, I sent a fax (email not readily available then) to the MD. From there I just sit back & watch how the chain of command works smoothly from top down to get things done. SA didn't dare play punk after that.

I had problems too! Nobody bothered about me. I wrote to their MD and COO. Then again, things got a little bit better but will not be what you expect. I'm very disappointed with them......

I also had some problem with them but from Pandan loop service centre.

I requested for the Manager or higher level and the Manager attended to me.

He sounds good (so far because my ride is still with them) and I hope he can solve the problem before things need to get to higher level ….

I find aftersales service at MB C&C quite CMI. I've been a customer of SM Mtrs for many years and got a culture shock at how crappy and impersonal aftersales service is for a supposedly premium marque like MB.

Whacking 1 or 2 ppl wun help. Sometimes its in the culture of the organisation that make employees do what they do and how they see customers.

Yup CMI. Steering wheel tilting left issue feedback since collecting, on 2nd svcing highlight issue again. Was told this is not covered under warranty and need additional $200+ for alignment crap! Finally got it done w/o charge but was told there is a $20 gas topup due to testing the vehicle on road. I calculated they drove 16km on total is this reasonable? I dun know?

Just curious, before the alignment issue did u change yr rims or tyres set, or hit onto any curb etc

$20 top up for u?

Gas top up? Was your tank empty when you sent it in? It's your gas that they use when they did all the 15km test drive, no?

Stock car nothing change. I rem I send in wif a 1/4 gas collect back also ard 1/4.
