Hi Folks,

I am searching for some new shoes for my cab and cannot seem to find an answer to the above. Searched through some of the past threads and realised there hasn't been any conclusion drawn on the offset of the stock 18' AMG rims that comes with the sports package which makes things even more complicated. Can someone enlighten me?

Cheers :becky:

Till now there isn't any, u got to add spacer or customise yr rims set, eg from DPE. Last time I change my rim at LS & told them I want the rim to flush with my fender too. This can't be done bcoz of the rim offset.

If you going for spacer, get those customise & make sure is hub centric type.

Thanks for the help bro. Actually I did retrieved ur earlier post but it seems to contradict some info I got elsewhere from a A207 accessories brochure which I downloaded from the net stating the rear was 8.5j +49 instead. Honestly I did see some folks in the global forum posting similar stats to yours.. So really having headache now.. *Scratch head*

Hi bro,

Actually I am considering this route as well, the main advantage being I can play with 4 identical rims this way. But well, still in the early stages of researching.

Anyway with regard to hub centric spacers I did have them on my earlier vag ride and I realize the problem with them is when you put too thick a spacer such that the nuts are changed, and you get into a puncture, ur spare rims might not be able to fit the new thread depth. Whatmore sometimes these spacers becomes stuck to the wheel hub, which makes the whole saga an even more exciting one.. Haha...

Ok spacers is a no go then. Customise the rims then.

IMHO The specs are 100% correct!

I just sold a set of C207/A207 original AMG IV rims 3 weeks ago with exactly the mentioned offsets, width & part numbers.

The ET45 & ET54 are stamped on the front & rear wheels respectively.

Here's a picture of the front rim.

Unfortunately I didn't take a pic of the rear rims but I double confirmed again it's ET54
