Yes ! You are right ! Cos the 2nd time should be death penalty , he won't be jail again . Its a different punishment from the 1st murder . Marrying twice will be considered same punishment . Got it ???

Murder under the penal code can be redeuced to cuplabe hoimicide not amounting to murder ( a lesser charge carrying a life imprisonment >15years).

The main ingreident in psuhing for murder charge by the prosectuor will be to prove the "intention to.."

For example, a weapon was bought along when he/she met the victim, a long known vendetta against the victim etc..

The defence team will usually defend by proving the defendant was victimized, provoked or traumatized to have done the act....
