COE -up, up & away!

It's back to folding bicycle now that COE is going up again.

I found the shop in Singapore selling the IF mode bike. Going to Taipei tomorrow, so I will see if I can find one there.

But then, the vehicle population is quite high judging by the traffic congestions I encountered everyday :Cry:

There are still many cars with age around 5-7 years old, so it looks like such high COEs are probably the case for the next 2-3 years???

Any statisticians in here to care to comment on his/her conjecture?
