4x fog lights on Elegance W212

Can anyone know why the 4 fog lights are there for?

How it works?

it seems like that ALL 4 cannot be turned on at the same time!!

my AVG came with hockey stick LED...i am also curious to find out too

i think seeNsee 's Elegance comes with only single fog light on each side...:becky:

mine comes with a pair C CUP SPOT LIGHTS on each side (4 Fogs in all)

my SE say can only turn on 2 due to LTA.

But I paid for 4 so i want to know how to turn on all 4 at once ...

LTA ruling? only can turn on 2 CUPS at a time.

So other 2 CUPS cannot be used as See&See disable them.

U mean only allow to switch on one foglight on each side? Ok so you want all to turn on? If yes, just send yr ride to our site sponsor workshop to get it done, simple mod. Btw foglight is not LTA friendly at all. Not too sure why yr SE mentioned that LTA allows only one side!!

I was told the 2 outer ones are DRLs & the inner 2 are fog lights. Try switching on the DRLs in the instrument cluster.

Yes finally solved this.

jtang you are correct. The outer foglights are DRL. They cannot be turned on simultaneously.

See&See SE really lousy only know how to smoke out. Somemore certified Benz sales. More like kopi certificate.

Welcome! Kopi on U?? LOL!

Now that you have DRLs...may I suggest that you change them to the Hella LEDs as that fits perfectly (C cup size also). Porsche Caymans are using them also. IMO, yellow DRLs is not cool:bounce:.

Will change to the cheapo white ones can already ... Already changed the rest to Philips.

Dont think will turn on the DRL anyway.
