Hi mate, there are a few things you need to know

1, first and foremost, w211 has a sensor that informs you when brake wear needs attention

2. brake wear can be front or back and mechanic have to check

3. along with brakepads, sometimes need to change discs

i changed mine at hin lung in bukit merah a few weeks ago, but i understand that star black does it at very competitive prices too. They have an ultra clean garage and brake pads matter should be a breeze

4. for the record, i paid about SGD$400 for rear brake pads and discs..

How do you know it is original ? Do you go to the workshop to see them change or after changing, you have a way to check ??

$400 is a good deal. Does includes labour, gst etc?? Most likely aftermarket or OEM parts but shouldn't hv any concern.

What I was told was that they changed everything brake pads and discs. Don't know how to verify leh but I think most people will just have to trust the company.
