headrest auto raise up

Hi all bros,I'm a new owner of a w220 s280,recently I discover the front passenger headrest will automatic raise to a certain level whenever there's a passenger,and when the front passenger get off,the headrest will lowered back to its original position,as my mum is the most frequent front passenger and she happens to be very small built,she has to readjust it everytime she sit,as my car was bought from republic,I ask the sales regarding this issue and was told this is a factory setting and the height is a default setting.Any bros here know how to deactivate this feature or change the setting?

Does yr ride comes with memory seat for the front?

yup,I have to adjust lower everytime,but I never store in memory though.

Happens to me too! Haven't had time to figure out why. Blackmercs is probably right. It should be fixed through the memory setting. Let u know I find any other setting.

If comes with memory seat then shldnt be an issue. Else bring it back to See&See to resolve it.
