Why does my front and back windscreen fog?

use rainex anti fog..... the only rainx product I dare use to prevent fogging. Does not affect wipers as its applied to the inside of the windscreen and no effect on tinting so far.

use the demister for front and rear?? otherwise just wind down window to let the moist air in cabin out... usually in my case it mist up when outside pouring cats and dogs and my aircon turn to warmer temp and then i drive into a basement carpark. i guess the windscreen is cooler then the ambient temp in cabin so water condenses on the inside windscreen... i guess de lah:bolt:
