But honestly, given today's prices, a 1 yr old C180 CGI's FMV should be about $160k, no ? My simplistic assumption based on depreciation cost.

This is what I thought so too, depending on how much leftover from instalment and exact price the dealer take in your car. It is rather difficult to compare based on pricing and considering for a better improved car. The new C class is attractive with 7speeds and an improved interior with DRL. The sad part is the bi-xenon with LED is not a standard add-on and needs consignment time of up to 4 months etc.

Just got the bulbs change to Philips Diamond Vision 5000k. Now looks better.

Looks like the FL model has finally hit the road. Saw a couple on the road today. A red C200 'chng' until very nice - spray paintered black top, black diffuser - very sporty. Apparently, besides the cosmetic changes and tranny, Merc made this new FL with better noise insulation. The interior is indeed more refreshing too.
