Looks like the effect of the K&N filter. My experience after the filter change:

1. Engine is nosier. More growl.

2. Response based on tacho is faster. Don't think there is any increase in power.

3. There seems to be an improvement in FC, but I'm still monitoring.

I do have KNN filter, but it was installed about a month before the OBD tuning.

I did not observe any change in noise before and after KNN.

May want to refresh the ECU back to stock.

Hi bros TKL and Palmer,

so are both of you running on K&N filter? If so, scary man! :suspicious: Also OBD tuned? We are having another review liao.:gossip: Any dyno done and to put up for us to justified the pre and post results? Interesting and same as most bros here, definately gonna camp here for more info and feedback before decide to cash in for this investment. :juggle:

Let's keep update everyone. Thanks all. :cheer2:

bro if obd tune wouldn't that be just a piggyback. Shouldn't need to reflash ecu since piggy back doesn't overwrite ecu from my understanding. Just remove can Liao.

Really hope to see a dyno chart. Was informed that my c180k BE can gain 18nm at earlier rpm. Peak bhp will add another 15 ponies.

Guys appreciate your feedback on your installation on OBD ECU, and I just want to put a disclaimer that my review is on a C200 CGI. As different class and model specs and configuration varies, naturally result will be different too. Happy posting :o)

In my case, yes. KNN and OBD reflash. The reflash was done in a MSP. No dyno before or after reflash.

Had my W211 E240 done some 3 weeks ago in a MSP. I wish I had not done that.

1. Engine became very noisy.

2. There is powder gain but very marginal basing on my butt feeling.

3. Was told that FC will improve, but it is not happening.

Bro have you tried resetting your ECU? Maybe it will help.

In my case, OBD did was only reflash of CPU. NO Piggy Back
