Re-circ issue

I have read the re-circ matter with much interest. I own a w211 and took it up to port dickson over the good friday weekend... if i click the Auto button, and then press the re-circ button, it will go off after some time... but if i turn on fan speed etc manually, then re-circ stays on or off .. as i desire.. depends whether i want it... just my 2 cents worth

Bro . Read too . There is a way to set as stated but also don't work . Auto or manual also don't work . Cool weather bearable . Today hot , going mad once it starts to re circ within 5-10 mins .

Nowadays I also don't on already. No smell leh....

Even my newly purchased lao pok W124 is having this issue. Sometimes it lasted 20mins, sometimes shorter.

I thought my previous ride was bad - having to reset it to close each time I start the car. When the ignition was switched on within a certain short interval, the recirculation even stays on.
