Never mind la, the CLC that you had was a chio chio bu back then, no TPMS neber mind. So now your LR got TPMS boh?

TPMS must be wireless type, how to be wired?!?!?!

LS have them, brand is orange, J4C also have, brand is tyredog, Hurry should have I think, dunno what brand. My friend fitted Orange at LS, he said damn good.

.

I prefer Apple brand!! My ride don't hv high class stuffs like Mercedes.

Wireless refers to the monitoring device not the sensor device.

Hi, your CLC can sit 5 pax? aint that already overloaded? haha. are they all girls?

Btw, I checked out my 19" issue.. blackmercs was right. It was the offset that caused my rim to brush slightly on the 'suspension's stem'? but luckily it was just abit, like 1 mm maybe. Added 5mm spacers to the front, then all cleared and ok. just that now the rims are super flushed to the fender..

but second problem emerged. the rear wheels were making metal knocking noise that is relative to speed. it goes clink clink clink and faster when i drive faster. found out that its because the bolts where too long and a shorter bolt worked. but its sunday and aussies dont work on sundays so i changed back to stock rims for the time being. tired and sian.

Hi, here are some pics:

Down here they dont have sports or non-sports model.. they call it CLC200K or CLC200K Evolution. difference: 18" rims, Large Sunroof, black headlight and led rear strip, full leather. It also doesnt have your 'race' speedo meter which i think its very cool. we get the audio 20 with bluetooth, aux and a colour screen.

I ve done a bit of cheapo diys like changin all the int and ext bulbs, adding led strips to 4x underseat and boot led strips, reverse cam, tint windows. Next I'll probably get the SL grille or spray it black, maybe the original spoiler? haha.

Hi, I was looking at some bodykits too. except the original accs Front Apron and spoiler, I doubt theres anything else on the market unless its customised? I have no luck at this too. Aussies like to fit these kits from factory, they dont like third parties.. so theres nothing here too.

But I was going to order a W204 Rep Carlsson Spoiler and see if it fits, if not I'll return it and get a refund. I dont like the original front apron add on at all.

Hey blackmercs I was thinking of putting a drl in that hole too.. do you have any side photos? did you take down the bumper and drilled it from the inside? haha. thanks.

The installation by autobacs fitter. U don't need to remove the front bumper at all. Jack up the car & remove from the rear!! The LED is hold by double side tapes, electrical connection u got to figure it out on yr own.

19inch on my CLC seems not practical. Today with 4 pax in car, average weight 65kg, when steering up rounding slopes, i can heard brushings sounds on my back tyres against the body.

Kinda regret going for the 19s even though it really looks better.

I think the stock springs may be too soft thus the weight brings the car body much closer to the tyres.

Should I switch to harder springs but switching to harder ones also will lower the car by 30mm.

What should I do? Siannnnnzzz....

the rubbing is from the felt materials. Did u look for ah lye at Amk?? Go & see him before spending yr hard earn money unnecessary.

Weird. I never had that problem though I do send 4 of my classmates home... oh wait.... they are all girls and their average weight is definitely much lower than 65kg. Hahaha.

on a serious note.... i fail to understand why would upsizing the rims cause the brushing sounds compared to stock size rims..... since both would have the approx the same diameter (rims + tire), in fact, I believe the 19" + tire would be slightly smaller.

Not weird, the difference is lowered spring. The other dark lowered his ride & yrs is stock spring. My previous ride on 18" also tio rub when full load.

The circumference of the car tyres remains unchanged so got nothing to with yr rim size.
