Audio 20 works but no sound :p

Hi, just to check with you guys if anyone has similar experience. My Audio 20 on the W211 is functioning, display works, CD loads, Radio is available BUT there is no sound. I tried turning up the volume and all but there isn't any sound coming out. Any of you had this problem before? I'm also concern if this could be a prelude to a bigger problem with the electronics? Thanks
