Guys, have decided to keep with my ride and no change after a bad customer service experience with a PI company branding who has a reference to a close relationship with our Singapore comedian Mr Neo. " if u know what I mean. "

Don't want to name the so called sales manager or boss as I believe everyone still needs a job.

The PI gives errornous quotes and don't want to honor it when I made a trip down. And also doesn't allow you to get full specs of the car u want to buy.

They only reply will get back to you day after day on the specs for 1 week but no reply. Eventually they reply to say they don't want to reply as we have enquired before once on Car A and no reply. Thus they don't want to reply the second time.

If so, why not just say upfront? Keep saying will get back after providing an erronous quote!

Does it also mean we can only have one choice of car from a PI and can't ask twice?!

What kinda reputation are these guys sending?

Totally disappointed!

Heaven's will to make me keep my ride with C and C and save dollars and trouble!

Count yourself lucky that you didn't buy from this PI. Service already sucks big time even before buying, just imagine what will happen after you've bought from them!

There is an endless debate on buying from PI vs AD, and each has its pros and cons of course. If things work out smoothly, buying from PI can of course save you quite a lot of money. The main worry that stops me (applies only for me, and I'm definitely not against others from going the PI route) from considering PI is that what if there is a real serious problem with the car?

The following thread is a latest incident happened 2 days ago of a brand new BMW 523 that fails 3 hours after car collection. Car is from PML, not PI:

I think this guy stands a good chance to get a new replacement, if not, I think PML, with its financial muscles, will be able to resolve the matter amicably without blowing up the whole matter. What recourse do you think the owner will have if this car was bought from a PI?

Lastly, if you want to go the PI route, I think the best is to get those with ready stock, pay deposit and indent is definitely not a good idea. No car no talk!

Don't flame me, above are just my humble opinion, no offense to any bros here that have bought from PI.
