Is your E-Class an Elegance or an Advantgarde

Hey guys, I have MIAed for a while and still holding onto my W211 E200. Its year 5 this year and I am exploring the W212 E250.

Anyway, need some suggestions cos I am rather undecided on the trim. Could I jus ask around if your E-Class is an Elegance or an Advantgarde? And why did you choose it?

PI or C&C? if latter I thought they don't bring in anymore Elegance model?

hahahaha!!....welcome back! :welcome: .....IIRC U were the one who got me into the FL W211!

If U are not concern about PI & No Keyless & maybe no UCI(media interface)....go for the PI E250 AMG Sport Package with Panaroof. IMHO worth every single cent!

Not just the full body kit but it includes AMG 3 spoke steering with paddle shifts, AMG pedals, carpets, amg staggered rims with front MB logo brake calipers with drilled rotor and twin left right exos.

The AMG Sport Package from C & C is worth $13K & the Panaroof is worth another $7K.

At that same I was buying the W212, the PI AMG Sport Package with Pana roof was >$20K cheaper than C&C E250 Avantgarde.

Even at C & C, I asked for the AMG Sport Package & or Pana Roof, all the SE replies were no stock, if order dunno when it will come, dunno how muchee will be the COE. So LL took the E250 avantgarde.

I could have got the PI E250 but MHA has the last say!......not that I m so hen-pecked cos after the FLW211 I went for the Audi Q5, then A4 2.0TFSI and so cumming back to MB she got the last say......hehehehe

MHA dun like no Keyless & alu trimming & she more AD & lup the Avantgarde ashwood, bi-xenon, rear electric blind, rear side window blinds, 1 slate lesser in the black chrome grill, full led tail lamp, hockey sticks DRL and the C&C Easy Pack tray, front passenger bottle holder.

These are the main "goodies" between the AD Elegance & Avantgarde.

Now my E250 avantgarde got the AMG 3 spoke steering with paddle shifts, amg sport pedals, amg carpets, amg staggered rims but no amg body kit, no drilled MB front brakes & no Left Right twin exos :Cry::Cry::Cry:

AMG Carpets from UK on-line MB shops S$100+ My UK based MY boleh fren send it to me.

Staggered Rims from Leong Seng when those W212 upgrade their rims to 19"

Recently one site sponsor just advertised 1 new set c/w tyres @ only $1500.
