Installation of DRL

I just bought an original pair of "L" shaped DRLs (hockey stick), i want to fit it into my origianal amg bumper for W204. I belive i will need to cut the bumper. Anybody knows an expert with experience whom i can go to for this installation?

Yup got my sticks when it was out say 1 yr ago I think....you can do a search under my Nick for my ride pics

IIRC This was the 1st member ehwong who installed the original hockey stick DRL on his W204 by AutoSpritze!

IIRC Bro ehwong got his original DRLs from benzline!

Benzline beside Ubi Cresent has another showroom at Autospritze!

AutoSpritze did quite a few things for my current & previous rides.

I had my after market MMI installed at AutoSpritze for my A4 & W212.

They installed my CF Quad diffuser for my previous FLW211, CF boot lid spoiler & retrofit AMG Sport Steering wth paddle shifts.

They also did my current W212 Roof, Bootlid Spoiler, Mudflaps & all internal lights to white LED. Changing my stock Xenon D1S to Philips 6000k D1S bulbs.

Service so far has been good, prices imho "not too cheap" but I am comfortable cos of their experience in doing conti cars esp. MB, Audi & Volkswagen.

When they were not too sure to remove the front dome light to replace the bulbs to white LED, they go to the software in their PC to look into the assembly drawings and see how to strip it.

I let them stripped my then <1 mth old W212 for the retrofit of AMG Sport Steering with paddle shifts & installation of after market media interface.

Both jobs were full day job of stripping & installation.

How about the internal switch ? do we need to change that ? if yes, does this comes together with the DRL ? Thanks Bro !!! :whistle:

You don have to change your internal switch, they will add in an additional switch. The DRLs purchased doesnt come with the switch, autospritze will have to install an additional switch for you. So you can leave it on running or an option for you to switch it off.
