Getting a W212 E250

i am interested in gettting a e250! in the dark greyish tiatnium colour! any one have any recommands for PI or if your a SE, pm me.

Any bros who have bought, please share who you got it from and how much!

IIRC "Almost" all PI cars do not come with Keyless!

Yes! Those that are registered in HK comes with Keyless unlike those in UK!

Mine came from HKG, but din have keyless... Maybe mine is a E200....

Pls take note some "unscrupulous" PI are converting locally some of the Elegance or Classic Model to Avantgarde - so "beware"

C&C Avantgarde Model has the following

Do not assume all features are standard on PI avantgarde too.

for my case is PI W211 Avantgarde, it was around 3 yrs back. i went to look & actually interested to sign the dotted line, but one thing stopped me when i take a closer look at the car, I noticed the tinted color of the front & back windscreen is the usual Avantgarde blue tinted glass, BUT all the windows at the both side is tinted green!? I asked the sales personnel & he even told me this mixed tinted glass colors combination is the top range for Avantgarde.....my mind was thinking "yaya, top of the range..my foot!!" Confirmed is either convert from Classic or Elegance one lah.

Always ask alot of questions before buying...the OMV may be an indicator too.,

how to make sure its a real avantgarde if buy from pi?

If Im not mistaken, The badge inside is one...

The Chrome Strip around the rear bumper and the chrome strip at the door windows...

The grill is Black instead of grey... The most obvious one ppls notice will be the DRL...

Riding on this thread, my dad is intending to get a W212 (E200/250) to replace his W211.

I notice that quite a number are up for sale in sgcarmart. Some units for sale as new as 6 months old.

Would like to ask W212 owners if there any issues with the car before we commit to getting one.(not trying to start a flame war k? just need some assurance only..)

Maybe they didn't do too well at RWS or MBS
