Whinning sound

I am currently having this whinning sound on my '05 E240. Its like a whinning sound that comes when cold start and when i turn the steering wheel, it gets louder, especially when i;m leaving the car park or trying to park. After running a while on highway, the sound seems not there, but when i approach car park to park my car, can hear the sound again. Pls advise.

Not much to advise the usual suspect is either belting or bearing issue. Get it inspect at once is the only advise.
