heard that we could do a face lift for pre 06 W211 and the front bumper etc fit the same , anyne done it ?

its easy and doable

to make a pre FL W211 to a Post FL W211, u need to change

front bumper

front light (from single eye lid to triple eyelid, lol)

rear light

chrome strip above number plate

side mirror (most expensive to do so, usually people wont change this part)

in JB, to convert W211 to E63 look, ard rm8k with installation and painting (price excl of side mirror)

thanks for all the input, actually saw a few AMG front for post FL W211 and tempted to buy. direct bolt on will be neat, care to share the JB shop address or contact? thanks in advance.
