Hi Jolli,

Lowering spring is not bad ( more affordable ) if budget ok then can always get Coilover KW V2 street comfort....

Coilover if you've got excess $$ and like to tinker around with your ride's setup i.e height and comfort setting and so on. Remember everytime you change your ride height you gotta go get a wheel alingment again. Get springs if all you wanna do is drop the height once and forget about it thereafter i.e you dont see yourself crawling under your car once every mth or so to play around with the ride settings on the coilovers.

Hi Guys..Thx for starting this thread. I think the suspension on my w211 is on the way out..kept scraping my rear bumper's underside...I dun fancy nor have the time to tinker with height. So I presume the springs would be a good replacement ? Does KW produce springs or only Eibachs ? Appreciate your input..any shop to recommend ?

Hi rssid,

why do you have to set or play the setting for coilover all the time???

with lowering spring the ride will be bumpy...........so if budget allows coilover will be a better choice ( better handling and ride ) stock i find it too soft ( like bus or boat ).

cheers
