I need to change my tyres but I might be changing car soon so where can I get good used-but-almost-new tyres or . . any cheaper 'lobang'?

225 -45 *17 and 245 -40 *17

Called him, he has 4 Dunlops 225. I need 245 on the back. Will go see him. Thanks for the lead. Need to 'tahan' for about 6 months before the new car arrives.
