How to connect Iphone/Ipod to W212?

Hi everyone, would like to find out if any knows how to do the above mentioned?

Is there any cable that needs to be installed etc?

Yrs is it from PI? if yes, check whether yrs comes with the media interface package or look at yr glove compartment check whether there is a media interface connector or not. U needs to hv the media interface cable for connect to yr iPod. As for iPhone i didn't try it at all.

It's a C&C car bro. Can't find any cable in the glove box le. In this case I gotta go get it installed before I can connect iPod? The bluetooth function not for streaming of music I presume?

IIRC,

The W212 Elegance Model doesn't comes with the Media Interface which comes with 3 cables (iPod/iPhone, USB & Aux-In).

When in use with the iPod/iPhone cable, your unit is charged at the same time.

With the Media Interface, U can control your iPod/iPhone or USB Flash Drive Folders on your Audio 20, Steering Control & with information on the DIS (Driver Information System).

I guess your ride should comes with at least an Aux-In input in your glove compartment box.

If there's an Aux-In (some PI cars dun have even Aux-In), U still can connect your iPod/iPhone via the Aux-In with a 3.5mm audio cable but you can only control it via your iPod/iPhone.

If C&C will to do this Media Interface retrofit, it should cost > $1,000.

What is yr ride coupe or sedan? How come doesn't comes with media interface? I thought is a standard?? In the glove box look for the CONNECTOR not cable. Cable is given to u upon hand over yr ride. If the glove compartment u couldn't find the media CONNECTOR instead of 3.5mm PIN connector, then too bad bru, yrs doesn't comes with the media interface. Bluetooth mean for phone call function only, not sure can perform SMS though. Is yr ride elegance model as per unker comment??

Unker didn't know that c&c still bring in elegance model!! I thought only avantgarde only!!

Cos U go showroom not only bio the car U wanna see but including chu bu if any....hahaha!

Saw E250 Elegance and also saw E250 Estate Elegance in my past visits.

Checked one Bro PI C207 not even has 3.5mm aux-in.
