where to repair minor paint scratches?

guess we all have been thru this before..

irritating vandal scratches..not the kind that the groomers can polish off but those caused by a sharp object...most of the wkshops wld tell us if its on the front bumper they wld nd to spray the entire bumper or if its on the door its the entire door..is this true..? also paint markers do not have a neat finish...sigh

Anyone knows anyone that does/has a 'localised' solution which doesnt cost an arm and a leg..?

Mine super long scratches lor till I sian ah, now looking for those bullet holes stickers to places over the scratches, wonder where can get those......
