I've got command APS but can seem to sync my iPhone bluetooth to the baby.

Is this my problem or am I missing some stuff? The manual is not helping, really.

So for now, no calls while driving...

So, SOS, anyone knows how to sync it?:tsk:

Hi,

Could I just ask if you have the official merc bluetooth installed for your COMAND APS?

A quick way to check is if you have a small roundish bar with +, - and Bluetooth buttons OR a Parrot brand bluetooth control panel. If you have them then you DO NOT have the official bluetooth installed. These just taps on to your car speaker and is not linked directly with your car systems. FYI, these are installed for C&C by local contractors.

In that case, you can't sync to your COMAND APS your address books and such.

However... you can:

1. Install the official bluetooth

2. Install 3rd party bluetooth solution (search a bit in this forum, there are 3-4 options).

Cheers~

EDIT: I just realised you might not have bluetooth at all! comand aps in the pre-2009 e-class do not come with bluetooth!

I think bro bbwannabe is right, 06 W211 do not come with bluetooth, but I think can install aftermarket BT solution.

Thanks East 539! In which case better not do 3rd party stuff as I may not wanna mess up the original command APS... =)

no, i dun think it will mess up your COMAND APS if you have Fisocn pro install, one of our bro have installed it & it can be Integrated with COMAND.

Go click the link below & read more abt it, think currently there is a GB for it.

i support fiscon pro too!

Its good. There ARE manufacturers that can mimic the merc parts very well (even the same I will say). some more they can add support/features that merc can't
