Lousy Service by C&C - Experience with SE

I have recently bought my E250 and met a lousy Sales Executive who promised everything but once committed to buy, the response time and "promises" start to lose steam. This includes promises to deliver in 3-4 weeks time, freebies, better service credits.... but once you commit to buy, some excuses start - management change policies, cannot do this any more, etc....

Any of your guys have similar experience and perhaps we could list down some SE who are really lousy and some who are really good?

Post his name here and state what empty promises that he had made. Is good to share bad apple here for the sake of forumer. Unfortunately, is not too nice to post my SE details here as I wouldnt wanna other ppl think other wise. Till date, two of the forumer here that i had had recommended find his service not too bad though. Btw, for yr infro, SE do read the mercs forum. Nothing to be afraid if the SE service sucks big time, do share with us.

Buying either from AD or PI same, most important are the SE,

Share with us what this SE did not delivered which he had promised.

It should only be fair to state his name including what he had promise and did not delivered.

We do know many 'good' SE in AD,which still are providing service to us till today, including booking of service date, complimentary use of car if your car need to be 'warded' ,invitation to events or launch ect ect.......

Your kai seow SE up to this stage today not bad.

He said he will tried his best to deliver the car within 10 days.

Quite near - 10 days today - car got registered late morning.

Song song ki julong....prc kopi tiam...hahaha!

Now waiting if can put on trailer to MBC today.

Tmr holiday & no trailer deliveries on weekends

Hoping very much to get it this Sat or Sun.

Anyone here can kai seow a good SA....hehehe!

you are not alone...me too...i also kenna a fxxxkup SE when I bought my C200...after collecting my car...true color shows...call him hardly pickup...sms reply after repeated msg...complain about car problems...std reply -- is like that one :shocked:

lagi best...when i wanted to test drive the E250, appt made...call him that i am cumming...he said he was outside and cannot come back to showroom and asked me to come back on the day he is on duty...WTF :tsk::tsk::tsk:

fed-up so asked one of our bro forumer to kai seow his SE....very obligating, good follow-up...even though she couldn't threw in many freebies...i still bought my E250 from her...on that day when i signed the purchase agreement...choon choon this hopeless SE also happened to be at the MB Cafe too and LL...should see his expression...:music::bounce::whistle:

I see bro, however my experience with C&C has been very good. Servicing and Customer package has been very good. Went to E-Cabrio launch at Marina Bay sands-anyone went here? Spectacular performance and grand opening. Got a SE named Evelyn Lim, very experienced and knowlegable of their products. Sent in 221 for Rack and Pinion problem, and C&C was very quick acting on it, and plus give me a replacement car for one week! 2 thumbs up

I was served by a lady SE and she was quite good as well, when I bought my w204 1 year plus back. Too bad she left C&C.

The current one is a guy who served me in the E class.... service sucks!.... :Cry:

My recent experience with the SE to share with bros here:

1) Stay away from one of the SE who claims he is a senior sales person

2) Stay away from someone who claims he will do "all the way" to provide the best package and freebies - means will do all the way to cut you.

3) Stay away from the SE who will not explain to you on the loan rebates, or any hidden clause

4) Stay away from the SE who tells you impossible stories if you buy from PI

I am still going through the hardcore negotiation with this guy who promised everything, but "deliberately" forgot to tell me that the overtrade was due to financing rebates that the penalty will stay with me for the next few years.

Will be settling some final bits and pieces on Monday with C&C - contemplating whether I should just shout out his name here so that no other buyers will be cheated by this guy again.

Anyway, buyers beware... always do your homework and ask more than 1 SE to compare the services and info provided.

Service delivered by C&C is not as good as before.... and you have your rights to give the commission to the ethical SE who provides you the best service!

All his true colours appeared only after I placed the deposit and completed the bidding of the COE.

Initially, he has promised everything.... so didn't consider too much. Found out later from bank on the penalty clause, and of course, all the broken promises begin to appear as well....

The car is not here yet, and I am trying to change the SE. Any good suggestion to handle this?

Call up the Customer Service Manager and ask to speak directly with him.

Make your complain and make your requirements of what you want clearly.

request to change your SE. By doing this, it could make your experience much better.

Mark, is your COE bid successful ? If yes ....

Hmmm .. not sure if change of SE will be allowed since Mark has placed a deposit and gone thru the sales process with one already. Even if Mark changes SE, I suspect the former SE would have got the commission ... would it be fair to the new SE ?

But I still agree to speak to CS Mgr and made this known and see if promised items can be held valid ... as for the bank penalty, it is out of C&C's hands.
