How to remove hood emblem

Hi, anyone how to remove the hood emblem, I just bought a new emblem ( flat type ) but after poping the hood, note that there were spring and catch holding the old emblem, just don't want to damge any parts while removing the old one. Thanks in advance.

Look under your bonnet. There's a metal catch that is silver in colour, hold that part and turn about 90 degrees either clockwise or anti-clockwise (cannot remember :becky:), whichever direction has less resistance. The whole bottom assembly will become loose. Then simply slide out the 3 Point Star Emblem but be careful not to scratch the paintwork.
