Noob question on COE

Hi all, i recently booked a B180 on Mar 14. Today the agent sent me the checklist, stating the COE QP is $28,308. but last time he called me that COE is 36k. And i checked the past few bids of COE, march rnd 1 for cat B is 26k and march rnd 2 is 36k already. So i dont understand why my COE is 28k. Anyone can explain to me??

The Ad could have given you a Cat E COE which they bought it from open market which had been bidded few month back.

It dont really made big diff unless they did ask you to top up for the 36K COE then this is something you should clarify.

btw, even your COE is 28K, doesnt mean they bought it at that price from open market, it was once went as high as 43K last month in the open market.
